Midnight musing (again)

 Good and happy Midnight to everyone! As a lover of reading, music and writing, I sometimes get into a reading slump, music doesn't feel like it's moving me, as it usually does, and I get writers block, I have just found myself back recently, first reading more and listening to audiobooks, music inspires me to write. It's a good circle. :)  During the past two years my depression has significantly improved and gotten a lot better <3  It all started with a nice guy... and nowadays I don't feel so obsessed with a guy, but I do have a lil' crush on someone. No, you can't guess who it might be. It's none of your business! Some things are better left unsaid. Nowadays I have raised my standards. I am not going to settle. That's that. Music and me

 Dear follower, reader and other folks! This will be a blog about one thing that hasn't got a blog for itself: MUSIC. I took a lil' break from this blog. A lot happened last year. There were times when I actually didn't even feeling like I would like to listen to music!!! It was the first (and hopefully last) time this has ever happened to me! Now I have been mending my relationship with music... I guess every one who is obsessed with music, needs to have a break every once in a while. LOL. I am often still surprised how little or nothing music means to some people. I couldn't comprehend it. Just so you know, my biological dad was a musician and played several instruments, sang etc. So I am eternally grateful to him for giving me his gene for loving music! It was the second best gift from him, and a legacy. The best thing of course was to put me up for adoption!  Music is my life. I know, what a cliché! I am so redundant and hyperbolic! Music is my life. 💓

Hi there! I'm currently listening to my most favourite singer in the universe : Céline Dion... I have been her fan since 1993/1994... The first memory I have of listening or singing her songs, is in my home town of Jakobstad, summer of 1994. We were walking with my friend, around the harbour and singing "Think Twice". The rest is, as they say, history 😁 When I was 15/16 I got her CD : The colour of my love. When I was in the town of Jyväskylä, on my mini mission, in the summer of 1997, we sat at the dinner table with my companion sister Friday, and we sang together "It's all coming back to me now"... That same year, in the Fall, I ended up in a hospital and often listened to Céline's music. It was my comfort and it helped me a lot. I saw Titanic with the other patients from the hospital, at the movies, and actually fell asleep during the film, because of my heavy medication.
